Can we contact customer service by phone?
Hello,
I bought an item for 600 e on eBay.
The sale doesn't appear on my account but I still received the item.
Problems: item broken, no invoices and no way to contact customer service about this because the sale doesn't appear in my account.
Is there somewhere a phone number where I can reach them?
