hello, following my order from 07/11/2025 no. 23-13786-91479 for two headlights which I did not receive and for which the amount was debited from my account, you were supposed to refund me within the following 15 days I still have not heard back about this matter regards Mr Haguin
ps : without a response from you, I will be within my rights to take legal action and go through r Julien Courbet on M6

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a dispute for Item not received ..Have you done that ?
