The seller replaced the drive, and the fault was resolved. But a 2nd problem appeared, when I asked for a burn in sync mode, that did not work. I told them several times that there was a problem, but he replied that I didn't know how to use it. The source drive is a Marantz cd 6007. A Philips cdr 950 that I own works very well in sync mode. I sent them the CDR880, he replied and told me that if I wanted to get it back, I had to pay the return shipping costs and the costs resulting from after-sales service.
