If there is no error in the address you entered on your eBay account, then the carrier was not able to deliver to the address indicated, either because the relay point was not available (closed due to August vacation) or because it was overloaded with too many parcels and had exceeded the authorized quota, so the parcel was redirected to another relay point.
When you choose this delivery method, you need to know that you can run into this kind of hassle, especially during the summer or holiday season.
If you want reliable delivery, you should politely ask the seller if they would be willing to send you the parcel by post for an additional fee.
