How and where does the buyer need to confirm that they received it?

The buyer doesn’t have anything to validate ..You’ll have to rely on their honesty.

"How and where does the buyer have to confirm they received it?" = that function doesn't exist... it's the tracking number that will automatically, via the carrier, confirm delivery.
Shipping costs = €10 by registered mail, why was the ticket sent by email?
Basically, ticketing is not covered by eBay's customer guarantee; however, since you listed this ad in "music/cd/collectibles", all you have left to do is wait for the funds release period (= new seller):
