Hello, I bought what was supposedly a parcel shelf for my vehicle, unfortunately I only received part of a parcel shelf, so I’m requesting a return which was accepted, but to send it back eBay only offers Colissimo and they won’t accept the size of the package. Nothing else is being offered to me. The seller is brushing me off, saying it’s not his problem. I already paid €80 for a piece of parcel shelf, I have to pay the return shipping and it’s impossible. Do you have any idea how to proceed? Kind regards

There’s nothing forcing you to buy a shipping label via eBay: you can use the carrier of your choice and then enter the tracking number on the return request.

UPS, for example, allows larger shipments.

Worth checking, cost-wise, whether it might be better to resell the part rather than pay the return shipping.... that’s something to calculate.

Thanks for your reply but the seller marked rear parcel shelf but I only received one piece of the rear parcel shelf so who is going to want to buy it from me? I'm a bit disgusted and it's a sale with false information
