Good evening everyone, I bought a new Tefal griddle on the seller site eBay on July 18, 2023. It was sent but never arrived at my place, thanks Chronopost from Dijon. They sent it back to the sender last week in Belgium. How can I get a refund for it. Thanks for the advice.

When you buy and pay for an item on eBay... you have a delivery date that is shown in your order confirmation...
If the item has not arrived by that date, you only have 30 days after that to file a claim-----> Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
All of this means that, whatever reasons the seller gives, or other circumstances... you must absolutely respect this deadline for eBay to take your claim into account... At the moment, it's too late.
All you can do now is see with your seller how to resolve this problem, but don't count on the site.
