Hello community I made my first sale on eBay on 29.6. As agreed, I used the platform offered by eBay to send the item via Colissimo, with pickup and collection of the parcel from my mailbox (scheduled for 30.6). I check when I get home this evening, the parcel has indeed been picked up and I have a notice confirming it. Checking my emails, I receive a message from Colissimo explaining that the parcel could not be collected because of a label error. Unfortunately, I did use the platform's label (only one sale, not complicated), and fortunately I took a photo of the parcel in the mailbox at the time of drop-off (and you can clearly see the label and its parcel number). I can't find much on the eBay site for filing a claim. I sent a message through their "contact". I don't even know how to file a claim with Colissimo, since I don't have an account because I used the eBay platform. Would one of the sellers know how I should do it? I admit I'm lost, it's my first sale on eBay, what's more! Thanks for any help from the forum! Help!
