Multiple shops on a single account = impossible.
On the other hand, you can open several accounts, each with their own shop...
Don’t forget to switch to or create one or more professional accounts when your activity starts to look increasingly like a professional shop .. and no longer like a private individual clearing out their attic/closet or garage.
For each new account, you need----->
an email address
a username
a browser... to avoid interference between accounts...
