defective tire sent back to the seller but not refunded for several months
I received a defective tire and sent it back to the seller at their request, and for several months now I have received no refund, nor any return of the tire. What should I do? I followed up with the seller several times by email, and they kept telling me the matter was being handled, but I no longer believe it.

Mentor2 years agoThe eBay guarantee is 30 days .You had to ask eBay to intervene .After that,there was nothing left to hope for from the site.

Mentor2 years ago"for several months" = the appeal period on eBay has expired (it's 30 days from the delivery date).
So check with your payment provider...
