Hello everyone. I sold an item, I got paid, the buyer sent me the information I needed to generate the delivery note, but unfortunately the pickup point he chose is not in the list of available options. I sent him a message asking him to give me another one, and I haven't received any reply from him for several days. What should I do? Thanks for your answers.

Import your sale on Mondial Relay to benefit from the same rates as on eBay.

Try going directly through Mondiale Relais you have more pickup points than on eBay's platform
