Pickup point missing from the "Mondial Relay" points database on eBay | Community Mentor Help

Hello, Recently, my usual pickup point "Mondial Relay" in my city has disappeared from the list of "Mondial Relay" pickup points on Ebay (what you see at checkout), even though it still exists (checked in person with them); the next pickup point is 8 km away, which doesn't work for me, especially when sellers offer ONLY pickup point collection. Is this a one-off glitch on the Ebay site or an update that wasn't done properly? Thanks.
