If I were you, I wouldn't send the polo shirt by tracked letter because if the buyer claims not to have received it (tracked letter not being covered by eBay's insurance), you'll lose both the polo shirt and the money..
A piece of advice: edit your listing to offer a Colissimo delivery or pickup at a parcel pickup point.
I have nothing against low delivery prices... but with the site's Terms of Use it's better to be well insured to deal with the buyer's automatic refund in case of a problem...

If by tracked letter, either at the post office you buy a tracked service + 1 or 2 stamps depending on the weight
Put the polo in a bubble envelope > stamp it and send it
Put the tracking number in the sale and inform your buyer

Your advice should be "reconsidered"... because in the event of loss... there is no proof of delivery and therefore the seller is penalized...
I’m afraid that’s not the ideal advice...
Here’s what La Poste says---->
"However, in the event of loss, tracked mail provides no guarantee."
