hello, the seller doesn't want to send me the invoice for my purchase despite my multiple requests.
How can I do this since there is no "I haven't received my invoice" section on the site. thanks

You can get the details of your order with the delivery and proof of payment... which can serve as your invoice... by going to-->
- purchased items.. order
then
- to the right of the purchased item you have a tab "show order details "
click on it and you a printable page will open with the details indicated above.. with your name and address.

Only a professional can and must provide you with an invoice.
If it’s a private seller, print out the EB email.
