Hello! The delivery guy brought me my package, it was a door, it didn’t fit, he left with it and I haven’t heard anything since. I was passed around by eBay, they’re not talking about my return? Does anyone have a solution? thanks fred
The problem is that you refused the delivery; however, in that case eBay's customer guarantee doesn't apply (see the terms and conditions), so the site won't intervene in this transaction.
You should have accepted the delivery and then made a return request for non-compliance.
All that's left is to see what the seller says and hope they're honest...
