Hello,
you are refusing to refund me for a parcel I never received, which is utterly outrageous. I was charged on 22 07 2026 for €379.00, for order No. 09-14927-86177.
I am asking you to reconsider your position, it is far too easy for the seller to make money like this.
I am expecting a favorable response from you quickly, otherwise I will have no choice but to take legal action against you.
