Hello,
there seems to be a recurring problem with payment: since the beginning of the week, I have been unable to complete an instant purchase with Paypal or with my credit card. I tested it with several browsers, and the issue persists.
The message "To complete the purchase or choose a different payment method, go to Paypal" appears in a red banner...
What can I do to fix this problem?

It often happens that payment problems arise when--->
1) - the seller does not deliver to the buyer's geographic area... in which case you need to ask the seller to put your username on this list----> https://www.ebay.fr/bmgt/ExemptBuyers? (change ebay?fr to ebay.com for example.. depending on the eBay site of the country where the purchase is made....)
2) - when the credit card has been used too much / "worked too hard" because of heavy use compared with the thresholds accepted by your bank.... and/or the block comes from your bank's security system...
- you should then check whether these security measures are not getting in the way...
You may have other opinions...

I’m going to ask the buyer to put my username on the list of buyers exempt from conditions to solve this Paypal payment issue.
