The various messages you received from eBay are not sent by the sellers themselves, but by software set up to remind you that you visited the listing in question... and if you're interested in it... the software gives you the time left to buy it...
In fact, each time, it's a marketing page created by the site to remind you of it... nothing more and nothing less...
Of course, as @koalagris and @*miss-tigri* told you, you keep your absolute freedom to make the purchase or not...
But your reaction may show that you're someone who could get taken in by any attempt at extortion or anything else on the internet...
Be very careful not to be tempted by just anything, and above all never reply to links contained in emails whose origin you don't know.
