Hello everyone, today, June 25, it’s the first time I’m using the forum. Even after searching for a long time, I haven’t found an answer to my question: Why doesn’t EBAY respond to the EBAY FORM for requesting reimbursement of VAT paid twice, please? I’m on my 4th submission of the same form since June 7, 2025. Unlike previous times, I haven’t received any acknowledgement of the form sent, nor any reply! Just a message saying that Ebay has taken my request into account, right after clicking "send" and then nothing more. When I search, I find the right form but not THE answer to my problem ... If someone can at least tell me that their (recent) form submission received a response, that would already be progress. Thank you. Best regards.
