The reserve price can only be modified if it's more than 12 hours before the end of the listing... which is not the case for your Voltaire.
You still have the option to end the listing before it finishes here------> End a sale | eBay
and relist it with or without a reserve price....
If a buyer is interested, let them know that you are going to do this manipulation or make them a special listing with the price they want...
On the other hand, don't forget that the reserve price is a paid option that is still due even if the item isn't sold.. (so it's better to put it up for auction at the closest price to what you want... it will cost you less...)
