I received an item on September 9, 53 days ago. Unfortunately, it is not satisfactory at all and I would like to leave feedback for the seller, who is not responding to my direct messages. (I also noticed that several reviews mention the same problems as mine.)
I've searched through my emails and on the site, but I can't find anywhere to leave feedback. Even in my eBay summary it says I have no orders to review.
Have I missed the deadline? Was there something I had to do for eBay to consider the item delivered, even though it says in my account that the item was indeed delivered?

The deadline is 60 days from the actual delivery date (or initially estimated if delivery is late) :
