Direct debit
I sold a necklace on the platform worth 82 euros except that in the end I no longer had it so I wanted to cancel the sale. However, it's impossible and eBay wanted to refund the buyer by directly debiting 82 euros from my account, that's unacceptable. I never touched the money from my sale so I'm down 82 euros!! Can you help me

Normal if you no longer had the collar so eBay refunded €82 to the buyer
