Ebay debit
Hello, I refunded an item ([Reference]) via my PayPal account, but on 14/07/2023 Ebay charged me the same amount again (53 euros). How can ebay refund me this amount when the first refund has already been made.

Ebay only pays funds to the seller by bank transfer, in the event of a refund ebay automatically takes the funds back from the bank account = under no circumstances should you use another payment method (which ebay knows nothing about) to refund, otherwise it will inevitably result in a duplicate payment...
I very much doubt that ebay can cancel this refund (while, on the other hand, not having the ability to take the funds back from the buyer), so the only thing left is to look on paypal's side, or pray that the buyer is honest and sends you back the overpayment via paypal.

if you refunded directly via your Paypal account, eBay can't be aware of it.
Contact customer service to explain the situation to them.
