Hello,
I have a problem with my bank account: the debit for the stuff I bought was taken twice instead of just once, as if I had bought these things twice. Does anyone know why?

It happens sometimes, but then it sorts itself out automatically.
If the duplicate doesn't get cancelled within 48h, contact customer service:
