first sale canceled by the buyer
Hello new to ebay as a seller, my first sale was completed, but the buyer wants to cancel. When I see cancellation, I see the fees ebay keeps. is there a way for everyone to do a zero-sum operation, neither he nor I would lose money.
How to proceed.
Thanks

"my first sale has been completed" = 🤔 your account shows 12 items sold...
The best thing - if the item is not paid for - is to record a cancellation for non-payment (buyers are supposed to think before buying; ebay is not a game) :
https://www.ebay.fr/help/selling/getting-paid/rsoudre-les-litiges-pour-objet-non-pay-avec-les-acheteurs?id=4137&st=3&pos=1&query=R%C3%A9soudre%20les%20litiges%20pour%20objet%20non%20pay%C3%A9%20avec%20les%20acheteurs&intent=objet%20non%20pay%C3%A9&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1091
Otherwise choose cancellation on the reason "at the buyer's request" so that the ebay fees are refunded :
