Mentor1 year ago"The seller is French" = but you are not, the seller's country has no importance; your eBay account is not linked to eBay France (let alone its forum or customer service).
"NO usernames on the forum" = that means - just read the link - that reporting people is forbidden; you therefore cannot mention your seller's username.
