Label issue
I bought electronic parts from a seller based in Germany, and this person sent me a message in German. When I tried to translate it, I understood that my address was not appearing on his side and that, as a result, he could not create the shipping label. He is proposing the following: recreate a listing so that I pay again.
Is this the only possible solution?

It's hard to answer you since the seller depends on ebay.de (and not ebay.fr), so I'm not sure what he can or can't do, depending, moreover, on his carrier.
In any case, don't make another purchase/payment until the previous transaction has been cancelled AND refunded...
