Problem adding sticker tracking information
The tracking number provided when scanning the sticker on the eBay platform is systematically incorrect; there are always extra 0s at the beginning, and extra digits at the end instead of a letter.
So when we click on the tracking number, which directs us to the postal service website, it says the tracking number is invalid.

Not at all... One of the trolls is telling you, though, that given the number of sales you make per month, all you need to do is add your tracking numbers manually...
Now, if there's a technical problem with this tracking number scan, reporting it to customer service will be much more useful than on the forum.

OP5 months agoI am indeed considering selling more, and therefore losing 1 minute typing in a code with a risk of error, I consider that to be a waste of time and potentially money.

Absolutely not, because I enter my tracking numbers manually (I work on a PC). And it does not take 1 minute, rest assured.

If you go and buy your stickers directly on La Poste’s website or on site... you won’t have these problems.. Tracking sticker ✉️ - Rates 2025
- why use intermediaries that hurt you...?
I really don’t see the point.. ( except maybe for the illusion of saving a few cents and..... forgetting the hassle...? )

OP5 months agoI have two phones, and for months I've had the same problem; if other sellers could back up what I'm saying, because it must not be coming from me.
