Problem adding bank card
Hello,
I want to issue a refund to one of my buyers, but when I try to add a payment method, I enter all my card numbers, but it's impossible to add the security code; nothing appears in the box when I type my numbers.
Have you ever encountered this problem?

To issue a refund, full or partial, you need to go through this link--------> Refund buyers | eBay
Indeed, it's the site that handles refunds...
