Issue: "add characteristics of the recommended item"
Little problem: I’m selling Pokémon cards on eBay, eBay tells me “add recommended item specifics” even though I’ve entered all the item specifics, even all the additional item specifics, and my listings have gotten zero views (except one that got one), in three days.
for now, only 1 card appears for sale in your account. It is probably the one for which you have 1 view.
The fact that you only have one view is completely normal too: you've been registered for 3 days, it's July, and given the price of your card, it's not rare.
This has nothing to do with the recommended characteristics.
For this "issue", contact customer service directly to see which characteristics are missing.

as for the item's characteristics, the list proposed by e Bay is endless and most of the options are not appropriate for your item.
Your listing for sale is complete and you won't be able to do better.
You just have to wait for someone to be interested.
