Issue at the locker
The locker where I dropped off my parcel to be sent doesn't seem to have taken it into account, because my parcel doesn't appear as scanned by the carrier...will it still arrive?

get in touch with the locker to find out what's going on.
If the parcel hasn't been picked up, it won't arrive.
