nothing on eBay ... all appeal deadlines have passed and eBay will not step in to help you.
If you had a warranty on the item you bought and if your seller is a French professional... contact them-------->
Contact a seller | eBay
if your seller is foreign... try contacting them too but the conversation may not be that easy...
The "eBay guarantee" is help for a set period of time (generally 30 days after receipt) to sort out disputes...
but since eBay doesn't sell anything... it therefore offers no warranty on items as the law understands it... it is the sellers who include certain of their sales with a legal warranty... not eBay.
