Problem with some sellers

I'm starting to be disappointed with some sellers who don't deliver the right parts and those who mark parcels as delivered when they were never delivered.
I hope EBay will do what's needed quickly and sort the good from the bad.

"those who mark parcels as delivered even though they are never delivered" = it’s the carriers who record the delivery, not the sellers...
