problem with Germany
Summary: aigoboulido84 was selling photos on eBay Germany but had to stop because of a message saying they had to become a professional seller, which was unjustified. They now sell on eBay France, but a German buyer can’t purchase because of a tax issue. lingma85 suggests selling the photos on another site and giving the buyer the address.
A while ago I was selling photos on eBay Germany. One day I received a message telling me that I had to switch to a professional seller and pay taxes because my sales amount had exceeded some amount, I can’t remember which, which was totally false, I was well below that amount.
So I stopped selling in Germany and now sell on eBay France. Today a German buyer contacted me to tell me that he wanted to buy one of my photos but couldn’t. Every time he clicks on "buy it now" he gets an error message saying that for tax reasons he cannot buy this photo.
Does anyone have an explanation? Thanks in advance

If you can no longer sell in Germany through the ebayen channel... put the photo(s) on another site and give them the address...
