Issue with the tracking number

Good evening,
I have a problem with a tracking number that I had modified by idvanertance and as a result the item has indeed been
delivered to the buyer, I have proof of this on the Mondial Relay website.
I contacted the buyer to ask them to confirm and leave feedback on the transaction, but they are unable to leave feedback because, on the tracking on eBay's website, the package is not marked as delivered.
What can I do knowing that I can't contact eBay customer service by phone?

Can't you contact customer support, or have them call you back?
Otherwise, leave ratings for each other..
It will take a little longer to be approved, but you will eventually get the payment if there is no dispute from the buyer ...
Still keep proof of shipment just in case.
