problem with the seller

Hello,

I have an issue with a seller and apparently I'm not the only one.

I waited months for a delivery that never arrived.

I opened a dispute and the seller tells me that the package was returned to him.

He sends me the new package on the condition that I close the dispute.

So I close the dispute, but the tracking number he gives me seems fake.

What do I do now?

You never close a dispute as long as you haven't received anything...

There are no more recourse options on eBay (only 1 dispute possible per item)

= check with your payment provider (PayPal for example).
