Problem with my account
Summary: ches9942 expresses concerns about an issue on eBay. Despite having been on the platform since 2006 and having 706 ratings, they discovered that they were logging into an account created in 2020 with zero ratings. They want to know how to restore their main, effective ratings account, which is now inexplicably associated with eBay Belgium.

I’ve been on Ebay since 2006, my account was in France and now it’s in Belgium. I have 706 feedback on my account but to my great surprise when I placed my order yesterday I was on an account created in 2020 (seen today) this account has all my information but I never created it. When I try to put my account back, which is currently on Ebay Belgium (which I don’t understand), it sends me back to this account with 0 feedback. My question is how do I get back to normal
