problem with a dishonest buyer
Summary: douyou62 sold a collectible item and the buyer reported that it was damaged. However, douyou62 thinks the item was deliberately damaged by the buyer, since photos of the item were taken before shipping. *miss-tigri* advises accepting the return because eBay could rule in the buyer’s favor, which would result in a refund and the 200€ payment remaining on hold.
Hello, I sold a collectible item, the buyer reported that the item is damaged. When I sent the item, I took photos before shipping it. I dispute their decision, I even think they intentionally damaged my item given the condition in the photos. They want a return, but I do not agree. How can I resolve this dispute, since I have €200 on hold!

Mentor1 year agoHello
If the buyer requests a return for an item that doesn't match the description, you must accept the return because eBay will side with them and rule in their favor .
Your payment will be blocked ,the buyer refunded and can keep the item ..
