Hello, I ordered a pump from an eBay seller, the part was supposed to be a refurbished part. When we received it, we tried to install the part, which was faulty, and I was supposed to return the old one, so I returned the faulty part as well as my old part. They refunded me for the part straight away without giving my old part back to me. Today I find myself without my old part and without a replacement part, the refund for the life part was not done and they are offering to send me an old part at random. I am completely stuck. This has a major financial impact on me because the vehicle does not belong to me. It belongs to a customer and I am paying storage fees. Do you have any advice for me please?
