Counterfeiting issue

Good evening,
I bought a necklace this week, I received it today but when I opened the package, it was a counterfeit even though in the item photos, you could clearly see that it was a real one.
What am I supposed to do ??? If I need to ask for a refund, can someone help me with the steps (I've never done this) ?
Is it possible to receive a real necklace ? What should I do with the counterfeit one ?
