eBay Live chat problem
Summary: loicchouchou reported issues with the eBay Live chat where his messages are only visible to himself, despite several attempts to fix it, including reinstalling the app and updating the iPhone. He sought help from eBay's phone support without success and is now asking the community for advice to solve the problem.
It turns out that for the past two days I can join eBay live streams, read messages, write messages, but nobody can see my messages, although I can see them; they appear in the global chat bubble, but when I ask my wife to log in with her account and join the same live stream to see my messages, she can’t see anything either
I deleted the app, reinstalled the app, updates done
iPhone update. Done
And nothing changes
I’ve been active on eBay live since March 31 and had no issues until now, if anyone has any other idea, please let me know, best regards
