Problem with purchase invoice from the seller
Following the purchase of a new smartphone from an eBay seller, the seller had clearly mentioned in his listing
that he had the purchase invoice. Upon receiving the package, no invoice; I followed up because this invoice serves as a warranty. He told me he had forgotten it and that he would send it to me within 48 hours. Since then, he has been ignoring my messages.
What should I make of this sale if the seller knew from the start that he did not have an invoice?

Mentor8 months agoIf you’re not satisfied or have any doubt about where the phone came from, you have 30 days to request a return from the seller.
