Warranty issue with a seller who won't respond
Hello, thanks for listening. I bought the adapter in March 2026 for a vacuum cleaner, which allowed me to use a Parkside battery instead of the original battery. I’ve just had a problem with the adapter. It no longer works. I can’t get in touch with customer service, eBay and the seller aren’t replying to me. Could you please help me by telling me what procedure to follow? Thank you very much. Kind regards.
