Dispute issue with a buyer.
Summary: amadeulauren-0 is having a problem with a Peruvian customer who disputes all of their transactions, thereby freezing the funds. Although the package wasn’t delivered, a delivery notice was left in the customer’s mailbox. Despite attempts to get in touch, the customer requested a full refund through eBay. amadeulauren-0 is looking for advice on how to prove their good faith to eBay and is wondering whether there’s a way to contact a representative to resolve this dispute.
Hello everyone, I have a problem with a Peruvian customer, who is disputing every item bought in my store, so as a result the funds are blocked. I then provided the tracking number, and I checked where it was. Indeed the package was not delivered, but a notice was left in the customer's mailbox stating that the package could not be delivered. So after contacting the customer to explain all this to him, he is not replying and has asked eBay for a full refund of his order. What can I do to prove my good faith to eBay, and avoid losing the funds as well as the merchandise sent? Is there a phone number to contact someone directly linked with eBay and to handle the dispute internally.
Thanks for your future replies.
In addition, this is blocking my other transactions.
