Delivery problem
Hello,
I sold an item for which it says "Hand delivery". It seems that the buyer made a mistake and, according to them, they had checked the box "shipping with Mondial Relay.Locker". The €5.40 postage was therefore not paid. What should be done in cases like this, knowing that there is no reason for me to pay these fees?
