Delivery issue
Good evening,
I sold an item via Mondial Relay to the address provided by the seller.
The parcel was dropped off 5 km from the address, and the buyer does not want to go pick it up! What should I do?

You let the package come back and offer a resend in exchange for payment of the shipping costs...
depending on the response you get... you cancel the order and/or you ask the site to help you---->
