I was supposedly delivered to, I was at home, the intercom didn't ring, it works, I wasn't called on the phone and now I have to pay an extra €2.50 for Mondial Relay to make another delivery, they're thieves I’m not falling for their scam
As you warned @francexpressdealit is indeed a scam....
- Mondial relay never delivers to your home...
- it is up to the buyer to travel to collect their item....only at dedicated relay points whose address you received, the one nearest to your home and/or the one you provided....
