Problem with the delivery of an item
I had ordered a figurine and I received a cable. After discussing it with the seller, he told me that he had indeed sent the figurine to my address in a yellow bag. Except I received a cable in a white pouch and eBay considers that the figurine was delivered even though I never got it.

Send the cable back and get a refund for item not as described... if you haven't opened a dispute over this item.. otherwise, you're out of luck....

If you can't... contest the site's decision...---> Appeal an eBay decision regarding a return or a missing item for buyers | eBay
