Localization issue

Hello,
I just created my business account and my first listing.
While my address in the settings (registration address, delivery, shipping, returns, payment, and pickup) is indeed my company’s address in France everywhere, in "Shipping, returns and payments", it says:
Location: Authon la Plaine, France (even though my town is Dourdan, same postal code)
Shipped to: United States (impossible to change)

I solved the shipping country problem and therefore also the currency one
The listing was on ebay.com
That leaves the issue of the municipality, which doesn’t matter much.
