issue of many returns
hello, we've been sellers for over 10 years and are having major problems with customers who order without checking whether the item really matches what they want and take advantage of the automatic returns system! do you have this issue too? Thanks

The legal right of withdrawal has given rise to abuses by some shameless people, and against that, no one can do anything...
The best thing is to treat this as part of the ups and downs of mail-order selling and set aside a budget to cover any potential costs...
All sellers on eBay or elsewhere who work online have to deal with it.
Put the troublemakers on your banned list (while knowing that they can come back with another account.)
